First of all: thank you! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single one of you.
Your support, your excitement, and your belief in what we were building together made this whole journey feel truly special. Whether you joined right at the start or came along later, you didn’t just use an app – you helped turn MOBIX into a real community of people who actually care about a greener future.
What We Built Together
We accomplished some beautiful things in these past years. We celebrated World Bicycle Day with that special airdrop for our NFT holders, teamed up with MARS in Turkey, and launched Park & Charge so anyone could easily share their private parking or EV spot for just $1.
Then we dove deep into Agentic AI with Fetch.ai and BOSCH, creating smart and trusted agents that could automatically rebook parking and charging reservations. We even showed them working live at IAA Mobility. To finish the year, we introduced the .mobix Web3 domain together with Unstoppable Domains.
Many of you saved real COâ‚‚, collected miles, earned tokens, and felt like you were part of something that actually mattered. Building all of this with you was genuinely fun and inspiring.
The Hard News
With all that in mind, it’s really difficult for us to write this next part. Despite everything we tried, the Park & Charge program never attracted enough participants to be sustainable. Conversations about a possible integration into a BOSCH business unit were unsuccessful as well.
After exploring every possible path, we’ve made the painful decision to shut down the MOBIX servers and remove the apps from the app stores. This spin-down will begin on March 23, 2026, and will be complete no later than March 31.
Your Tokens Are Safe
The good news is that your $MOBX tokens will continue to exist as native tokens on the Fetch.ai network. You still own them completely and can trade them on decentralized exchanges whenever you want.
If you had tokens staked, you don’t have to do anything. Every address will receive an airdrop of exactly what you had staked on January 1, 2026 – plus a 25% bonus. So for every staked token, you’ll get 1.25 tokens back.

You were never just users to us; you were the heart of everything we did. Thank you for believing in us, for riding along with us, and for caring so much about sustainable mobility. Even though this chapter is closing, the spirit we created together will keep living on. We are deeply grateful for every single one of you.
